PC Sheet Production Line

PC plastic: It is a high-molecular polymer with carbonate groups in its molecular chain. According to the structure of the ester group, it can be classified into various types such as aliphatic, aromatic, and aliphatic-aromatic.
The PC sunlight panels integrate the functions of light collection, insulation and soundproofing. Introduction to the production line:

The PC hollow solar panel production equipment uses a dedicated single-screw extruder, combined with special molds and vacuum forming machines to produce PC solar panels without crystal points or black spots, with a light transmittance of over 90%. The subsequent process employs a tempering device to eliminate the stress generated during cooling, thus ensuring that no deformation or uneven thickness defects occur during use.
Production line composition: Extruder, rapid mesh changing device, mold, shaping table, first traction machine and edge trimming device, hot oven, laminating device, second traction machine, cutting device, conveyor, material rack, etc.
